เปิดแอป Plantora › แท็บ ตั้งค่า
เลื่อนลงล่างสุด กด ลบบัญชี
ยืนยัน — บัญชีและข้อมูลถูกลบทันที

วิธีที่ 2 — ส่งคำขอทางอีเมล

ส่งอีเมลจากที่อยู่ที่ใช้สมัคร ถึง [email protected] หัวข้อ "ลบบัญชี Plantora" — เราจะยืนยันกลับและลบภายใน 7 วัน

สิ่งที่ถูกลบ

บัญชี (อีเมล ชื่อ รหัสผ่าน) และโทเค็นล็อกอินทั้งหมด
อุปกรณ์ที่ผูกไว้ทั้งหมดถูกปลดจากบัญชี พร้อมค่าเซ็นเซอร์ย้อนหลัง การตั้งค่า ปลุก/เตือน/ปฏิทิน

Delete your Plantora account

ONE ABLE COMPANY LIMITED · Plantora app (com.oneable.plantora)

Option 1 — In the app (immediate)

Open Plantora › Settings tab
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account
Confirm — the account and its data are deleted immediately

Option 2 — By email

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, subject "Delete Plantora account". We confirm and delete within 7 days.

Request account deletion

What gets deleted

The account (email, name, password) and all login tokens
All paired devices are unlinked, with their sensor history, settings, alarms/reminders/calendar
AI chat history and submitted photos
In-app store purchase records (entitlements are lost — refunds per App Store / Google Play policy)

Not deleted: the physical device keeps working in unpaired mode (and can be paired to a new account) · transaction records required by law, if any, are kept no longer than legally required.
