Plantora คือแอปและอุปกรณ์สำหรับดูแลต้นไม้และเป็นเพื่อนคุยบนโต๊ะ (กระถาง/จอเพื่อน/จอข้อมูล) นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บข้อมูลอะไร ใช้ทำอะไร ส่งให้ใคร และคุณควบคุมได้อย่างไร

เราไม่เก็บรายชื่อผู้ติดต่อ ไม่ติดตามคุณข้ามแอปอื่น และไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
2. สิทธิ์ที่แอปขอ และทำไม
- Bluetooth — ส่งชื่อ/รหัส WiFi ให้อุปกรณ์ตอนตั้งค่าครั้งแรกเท่านั้น
- ตำแหน่ง — (1) ระบบ Android ต้องใช้ในการสแกน Bluetooth (2) ส่งพิกัดให้อุปกรณ์เพื่อแสดงอากาศให้แม่นยำ ปฏิเสธได้ แอปจะใช้ตำแหน่งโดยประมาณจาก IP แทน
- กล้อง — สแกน QR เพื่อจับคู่อุปกรณ์ และถ่ายรูปต้นไม้ให้ AI ตรวจสุขภาพ
- คลังรูป — เลือกรูปต้นไม้ไปตรวจสุขภาพ
3. ผู้ให้บริการภายนอกที่ประมวลผลข้อมูลให้เรา
- บริการ AI (ผ่านเกตเวย์ของเรา ai.oneable.co.th ซึ่งใช้ OpenAI / Google Gemini / Anthropic) — เฉพาะข้อความสนทนาและรูปที่คุณส่งตรวจ ไม่ส่งอีเมลหรือชื่อของคุณ
- บริการเสียงพูด (voice.oneable.co.th ใช้ Microsoft Azure / Edge TTS) — แปลงคำตอบเป็นเสียงบนอุปกรณ์
- ข้อมูลสภาพอากาศ/คุณภาพอากาศ (Open-Meteo, ip-api) — อุปกรณ์ดึงเองด้วยพิกัดโดยประมาณ ไม่ผูกกับตัวตนคุณ
- Apple App Store / Google Play — ประมวลผลการชำระเงินในแอป (เมื่อเปิดใช้) เราไม่เห็นข้อมูลบัตรของคุณ
เซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเราตั้งอยู่ในสิงคโปร์ (DigitalOcean) และเชื่อมต่อผ่าน Cloudflare
4. ระยะเวลาเก็บและการลบ
- ข้อมูลบัญชีและอุปกรณ์เก็บไว้ตราบที่บัญชียังอยู่ · ค่าเซ็นเซอร์รายละเอียดเก็บ 90 วัน · ประวัติสนทนา 200 ข้อความล่าสุดต่ออุปกรณ์
- คุณลบบัญชีได้เองในแอป (ตั้งค่า › ลบบัญชี) หรือส่งคำขอที่ plantora.oneable.co.th/account-deletion — เราลบบัญชี อุปกรณ์ที่ผูก ค่าเซ็นเซอร์ บทสนทนา และประวัติการซื้อทั้งหมดภายใน 7 วัน
- อุปกรณ์ทำงานได้เองโดยไม่ต้องมีบัญชี (ตู้ปลา นาฬิกา อากาศ) — ไม่ผูกบัญชี = ไม่มีข้อมูลส่วนตัวถูกส่งขึ้นเซิร์ฟเวอร์ นอกจากรหัสเครื่องเพื่ออัปเดตเฟิร์มแวร์
5. ความปลอดภัย
ทุกการเชื่อมต่อเข้ารหัส HTTPS/TLS · รหัสผ่านเก็บแบบแฮช (bcrypt) · โทเค็นล็อกอินเก็บในเครื่องของคุณเท่านั้น · เฟิร์มแวร์อัปเดตผ่านลายเซ็นดิจิทัล (RSA) เพื่อกันของปลอม
6. เด็ก
Plantora ไม่ได้ออกแบบสำหรับเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี และไม่จงใจเก็บข้อมูลจากเด็ก

Privacy Policy
Plantora is an app and a family of desk devices (smart pot, companion display, info ticker) that help you care for a plant and keep you company. This policy explains what we collect, why, who processes it, and how you stay in control.
1. Data we collect

We do not collect contacts, do not track you across other apps, and never sell personal data.
2. Permissions and why
- Bluetooth — sends your WiFi name/password to the device during first-time setup only.
- Location — (1) required by Android to scan for Bluetooth devices; (2) optionally sent to your device for accurate weather. You can deny it; the device falls back to IP-based approximate location.
- Camera — scanning the pairing QR code and taking plant photos for the AI health check.
- Photo library — choosing a plant photo for the health check.
3. Third-party processors
- AI services (via our gateway ai.oneable.co.th, backed by OpenAI / Google Gemini / Anthropic) — only chat text and photos you submit; never your email or name.
- Text-to-speech (voice.oneable.co.th, backed by Microsoft Azure / Edge TTS) — turns replies into speech on the device.
- Weather / air quality (Open-Meteo, ip-api) — fetched by the device itself with approximate coordinates, not linked to your identity.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — process in-app payments (when enabled). We never see your card details.
Our servers are hosted in Singapore (DigitalOcean) behind Cloudflare.
4. Retention and deletion
- Account and device data are kept while your account exists · detailed sensor readings for 90 days · the last 200 chat messages per device.
- You can delete your account inside the app (Settings › Delete account) or request it at plantora.oneable.co.th/account-deletion. We delete the account, paired devices, readings, conversations and purchase records within 7 days.
- Devices work standalone without an account (fish tank, clock, weather); an unpaired device sends nothing personal — only its device ID for firmware updates.
5. Security
All connections use HTTPS/TLS · passwords are hashed (bcrypt) · login tokens stay on your phone · firmware updates are digitally signed (RSA).
6. Children
Plantora is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
